Former Suffolk County (Boston) Assistant District Attorney, and former Assistant General Counsel to the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) concentrating his practice on criminal and civil litigation matters. A 1987 graduate of Providence College and 1991 graduate of Suffolk Law School (Boston, Massachusetts).

Practice consisits of defending individuals on all District Court criminal matters in all the District Courts of the Commonwealth of Massacuhusetts, and defending railroads (MBTA and the Massachusetts Bay Commuter Railroad) in both the State and Federal Courts of Massachusetts.

Since 1992 have successfully handled all types of criminal matters, including domestic assault and batteries, motor vehicle offenses including Drunk Driving cases, and all narcotic offenses. Has a very successful track record. Has tried to completion well over 100 cases.

Has also successfully vacated numerous prior state criminal convictions for Immigration purposes. Attorney Harrington personally handles all aspects of all the cases he accepts. Located in the shadow of the Custom House in Downtown Boston. Free consultation - Reasonable fee structure.
