 Harrington & Harrington is a small trial practice firm located in the heart of Boston's financial district. Attorneys Edward Harrington and William Harrington are both former assistant district attorneys who have extensive criminal and civil trial experience. We specialize in criminal defense and civil litigation, including business litigation, employment litigation, and personal injury claims. We also represent several railroads in the defense of personal injury claims and claims brought under the Federal Employers Liabilty Act (FELA). We represent a wide range of individauls and businesses in all Massachusetts state trial and appellate courts as well as in the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
